Today I am officially 18 days off sugar. Some of my colleagues said that is a landmark as it could well be a habit soon and perhaps it will be.
Weight seems to be deciding on whether it wants to go back to 87 or remain at 86.
Measurements seem to be going down.
Today’s challenge is a lunch for my colleagues who are feeling off because of the outcome of the election- a cheer-me-up sort of lunch.
